Mr. Maheswar Sardar

Maheswar Sardar is a passionate and dedicated member of the 16th South Calcutta Kidderpore Academy Scout Group. Since joining the movement in 2016 as a Scout, he has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the values of Scouting and has continuously worked towards personal and group development.

Maheswar’s journey in Bharat Scouts & Guides began in 2016, when he stepped into the world of adventure, discipline, and service as a young Scout. Over the years, he has actively participated in numerous scouting events, camps, and community service activities, strengthening his leadership skills and setting an example for others.

Rajya Puraskar Award – 2021: One of the highest State-level awards in Scouting, awarded for his outstanding skills, discipline, and service in the movement.

Best Scout Award – 2022: Recognized for his dedication, leadership, and active participation in various scouting programs.

At present, Maheswar Sardar serves as an Assistant Scout Master in the 16th South Calcutta Kidderpore Academy Scout Group. In this role, he is responsible for guiding young scouts, organizing training sessions, and ensuring that the core principles of Scouting are instilled in every member of the group. His leadership and mentorship have inspired many young scouts to follow in his footsteps.

Continuing his dedication to Scouting, Maheswar is currently preparing for the Advanced Scout Master Training, which will further enhance his knowledge and skills in leadership, outdoor survival, and youth training. His goal is to contribute even more to the development of the Scout movement and help shape the next generation of disciplined and responsible individuals.

Maheswar Sardar stands as a true example of the Scout Motto: "Be Prepared." His unwavering dedication, achievements, and passion for Scouting have made him a respected figure within the 16th South Calcutta Kidderpore Academy Scout Group. As he continues his journey, he remains committed to upholding the values of Scouting and making a positive impact on the community.
