Mr. Soumya Patra

Soumyo Patra began his illustrious journey in Scouting with the 16th South Calcutta Kidderpore Academy Scout Group in the year 2000. From a young age, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to the values of the Bharat Scouts and Guides.

His dedication bore fruit when he was honored as the Best Raising Scout in 2011, a recognition that celebrated not just his individual growth, but also his inspiring influence on fellow Scouts. As he matured through the ranks, Soumyo’s passion for service and leadership only grew stronger.

In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious Best Service Rover, a title that stands as a testament to his tireless efforts, selfless service, and unwavering dedication to community development. Throughout his Scouting career, Soumyo has represented the group with pride and excellence, having won several accolades at both the District and State-level competitions, further establishing himself as a role model for aspiring Scouts and Rovers across West Bengal.
