Mr. Aditya Saha

Aditya Saha embarked on his scouting journey in 2016, joining the prestigious 16th South Calcutta Kidderpore Academy Group as a young and enthusiastic Scout. Through years of dedication, skill development, and leadership, he has grown into a key figure within the group, inspiring the next generation of scouts.

His commitment and exceptional performance in scouting activities earned him the Best Scout Award in 2023, a testament to his skills, discipline, and unwavering spirit. His passion for training and guiding young scouts led him to take on the role of Assistant Scout Master, where he continues to shape and mentor aspiring scouts.

Currently, Aditya is preparing for his Advanced Scout Master Training, further strengthening his expertise in scouting leadership, outdoor survival, and youth mentorship. His dedication to the movement is evident in his continuous efforts to uphold the values of the Bharat Scouts & Guides, fostering teamwork, discipline, and service to society.

With a vision to empower young scouts and uphold the legacy of the 16th South Calcutta Scout Group, Aditya Saha remains a pillar of dedication and leadership in the scouting community.
